1986
Company formed with only one hotel under management, Days Inn Mystic CT.
1987
First hotel conversion and Marriott branded hotel, from independent to Residence Inn by Marriott Norman OK.
1991
Assumed management of our first Hilton branded hotel, Hilton Oshkosh, WI.
1996
Affiliated entity partnered on the development and opening of Mohegan Sun Casino.
2001
Opened our first full-service Marriott hotel, Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa Groton CT.
2005
Affiliated entity served as Master Developer of the $750 million Adriaen’s Landing mixed-use development in downtown Hartford.
2009
Proud recipient of Marriott International’s Spirit to Serve Award.
2012
Assumed management of our first College/University owned hotel.
2015
Assumed management of our first Hyatt branded hotel.
2019
Successfully transitioned the management of 8 hotels in a single day.
2020
Waterford Hotel Group’s Annual Leadership Conference attendees assembled more than 1,000 meals as part of a charitable giving activity.
2022
Assembled a portfolio of 5 properties over 18 months with a hospitality-focused private equity company.
2023
Appointed property manager for the expansive Hutton Brickyards Retreat + Event Center in Kingston, NY.
2024
Celebrated the opening of DoubleTree by Hilton and The Revel Apartments Hartford Downtown
