Waterford Hotel Group Appoints Duane Schroder as Chief Growth Officer to Drive Strategic Expansion

Waterford, CT – Waterford Hotel Group, with a proven track record of operating more than 100 properties nationwide since its inception, announced today the promotion of Duane Schroder to Chief Growth Officer, a newly created position. In this role, Schroder will spearhead strategic initiatives designed to propel the company’s expansion.

In his role, Schroder will lead business development efforts to secure management contracts. Additionally, Schroder will cultivate strategic partnerships with capital partners to drive future expansion and oversee the acquisition of properties that align with owner investment objectives.

Schroder brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record to this new role. Having joined Waterford Hotel Group in 2002 through their International Training Program, he has spent over two decades with the company. His journey has seen him excel in various leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations, Regional Hotel Director, and General Manager across numerous properties. This extensive experience, coupled with his strong leadership skills, equips him perfectly to lead Waterford’s growth efforts.
