WATERFORD, CT (September 6, 2016) — Waterford Hotel Group has appointed Weston Bedore as the General Manager for the 92-room Courtyard by Marriott in Warwick, RI. As general manager, Bedore will be responsible for all of the hotel’s operations, sales, and administration, as well as the associates employed at the property. Courtyard Warwick is professionally managed by Waterford Hotel Group, a national hotel and convention center management.

Bedore joins the Courtyard Warwick team from his most recent position as Operations Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott in Cromwell, CT, also managed by Waterford Hotel Group. Prior to that, he was the Assistant Director of Events/Banquet Manager at the Lancaster Marriott in Lancaster, PA, Banquet Manager at the Inn at Middletown in Middletown, CT and the Banquets Supervisor at the Providence Marriott in Providence, RI. Bedore holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.
