HARTFORD, CT (April 26, 2016) — Associates at the Marriott Hartford Downtown recently presented a check in the amount of $2,000 to the Connecticut Brain Tumor Alliance. The Connecticut Brain Tumor Alliance is a not-for-profit organization, whose mission is to raise awareness of brain tumors, provide hope and support for others affected by brain tumors and raise money to support and advocate for cutting-edge research for better treatments and a cure.

“One of our associate’s family members was affected by brain tumors and we are proud to be able to give back to this organization,” commented John Fraher, General Manager for the Marriott Hartford Downtown. “The generosity of our associates and their support of their fellow associates is overwhelming,” he added.
